The Locust Circle Office, Suratgarh (Rajasthan) was newly established in the year 2006. This Office is about 75 Km. away from the Indo-Pak border. It is well known place, near to Pilibanga and Kalibanga historical places which is away from about 35 Km. Presently this office covers two districts viz. Sriganganagar and Hanumangarh covering of about 7984 Sq. Km. and 12650 Sq. Km. areas respectively. In which 210 sq. km. area of Sriganganagar districts is on the line of Indo-Pak Border. Main crops are grown in un-irrigated areas Bajra, Guar (Cluster bean), Jowar, Maize, Moong, Sesamum, Moth, and irrigated areas are Wheat, Barley, Rice, Oat, Gram, Mustard, Guar (Cluster bean), Bajra, Jowar, Maize, Moong, Til, Moth, Castor, Cotton, Sugarcane, Vegetables and Kinnow (Citrus) and Ber orchards etc.
